Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian, is often referred to as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and started her career shortly after emigrating from Israel to the United States as a child actor. From 2013 until 2016 she worked as the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She gained fame for her role in television commercials. Commercial appearances weren't the only thing she was involved in. She was also a part of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the TV pilot that was never aired New Warriors. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. Her parents, who were both just two years old, emigrated to America to escape antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. Her family's financial troubles resulted in her appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of five. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. Following her sophomore year, she quit and obtained a GED. She continued however to earn a Bachelor of Arts Communication degree from the University of California San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade.
